Mala of 108 Rudraksha beads

Rudraksha It is a seed with great virtues that grows in some regions of Southeast Asia and the Himalayas.

Rudraksha is the seed of Elaeocarpus ganitrus, a large evergreen tree that grows mainly on volcanic soil and takes 3-4 years to bear fruit.

This seed is used to balance energy and provide calm.

In the sacred texts of Hinduism, called Puranas, the story of the origin of the Rudraksha seed is told.

It is said that the god Shiva retired for a long time to meditate on humanity. When he woke up he felt so much pain for the humans and their condition, that he shed tears on the ground.

In this way, Shiva's tears, upon coming into contact with the earth, gave rise to the seeds that would help man to heal and find happiness.

These seeds were the Rudrakshas and therefore have great value in Hindu and Buddhist cultures.

- It is recommended to use rudraksha japa mala for 40 days in a row.

- Before using it you should wash your body and put on clean clothes. It is not necessary for rudraksha to be in contact with your skin, since its effects are also noticeable with clothing.

- To activate and energize your rudraksha japa mala, repeat the mantra “OM HREEM NAMAH” 108 times following the beads. At the end, take it to your eyebrows and then to your heart.

- Whenever you use your japa mala rudraksha do it with a purpose to be better.

- When you don't use it, store it near your meditation place.
